5 benefits of fasting you didn’t know.
*when I say fasting here I actually mean time restricted eating* meaning usually a 6-8h eating window.
The biggest benefits to time restricted eating are seen when most calories are consumed at the start of the day.
Think big breakfast, decent lunch, small (& early) dinner.
This early eating pattern has been shown to:
Increase mood
Improve sleep
Increase fertility (in women with PCOS)
Improve glucose control
