➡️You can probably do 2 extra reps.
It’s easy to get complacent and forget to push yourself.
Those last 2 reps where you push your muscles to failure are the most important reps for growth.
➡️Everyone had a first gym session.
Being experienced in the gym doesn’t make you better than anyone.
Neither does being inexperienced. You have to start bad if you want to get good!
➡️Stop program/ coach hoping.
Good coaching is a relationship.
Like with any, it takes time to build.
➡️You’re probably changing your workouts too often.
You will get better results sticking to a good program for a few months than changing every 2 weeks.
➡️Lifting weights isn’t particularly important for fat loss.
But it’s hugely important for health, fitness and looking like a sexy mofo.
➡️Resistance training is a great lesson in delayed gratification.
You won’t notice any difference from 1 workout or from 10 but overtime if you consistently put in the work you will be rewarded. Apply this lesson to all areas of life.
➡️Weights won’t make you bulky.
Trust me I’ve tried for years. No one puts on muscle by accident. Especially as a woman.
