I get it! we are all busy! and I have to admit that despite working in the fitness industry even I am pretty bad at setting aside time to exercise. But I have good news below.
Firstly, when you think of exercise as just another thing you ‘should’ do on your big list of things to do it becomes an absolute drain.
Here is a better way to think about it…
Don’t worry I am not about to tell you we all have the same 24h in a day and you need to check your priorities…
The right dose of exercise will actually give you time.
This is true in both the long and short term.
Short term: an increase in productivity and focus.
Long term: literally adding years to your life.
The reason that most people think they don’t have time to exercise is because they think you need to go to the gym for an hour to get the benefit.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Even 10mins of exercise every other day will have a huge benefit to your health, fitness, mood and productivity.
It doesn’t need to be long to be effective.
Improving your fitness will give you more energy for life because everything is easier when you are fitter.
