How I stopped being stressed.
I’ve felt a little stressed this week.
So here’s what I did..
Like most people - I am pretty busy - Lots to get done, some big improvements being made for the next commit to 6 intake which is taking a lot of time & mental energy, a few things went wrong & took more time than expected.. the usual.
So yesterday I took myself and walk and decided I was just going to have fun.
The work always gets done. It’s my choice whether I see it as stressful or enjoyable. Perception is everything.
I love my job,
I work with my best mates,
I adore my clients & the coaches I work with
I wouldn’t change any of it so why turn it into a negative by stressing over it.
Then I woke up to this quote from James Clear in my inbox:
"Two of my rules for life:
1. The person who has the most fun wins.
2. The climb is the fun part."
Plus this:

How can I not be motivated after that?
Anyway, off to work (have fun) to make this program even better ( I’ve been running this program for 5 years now and EVERY intake I make improvements)
