The difference is it was fat loss focused & then oooh as a side effect you might improve your life too…
Now I focus on let’s improve your life, have you feeling better, more focused, more organised, more aligned with what’s important to you, better life balance, energy & mood…as a side effect of THAT, you will lose fat (if you want to).
This is WAY more positive, sustainable, empowering, enjoyable & fulfilling.
I spent a long time thinking about this program and questioning whether it was the right move to make but ultimately it’s what aligned with me, my values, the impact I want to have and fundamentally what I believe will help the most people.
The reason it works for fat loss is simple…
Your choices dictate your results.
It is far easier to make better choices - whether that is your food choices, your reaction to the scale weight or whether you’re going to go to the gym when your alarm goes off - when you FEEL your best.
Your feelings are what drive your behaviours.
So rather than trying to just force you to change your behaviours let’s get you feeling good first.
If you’ve been yo-yo dieting for years the last thing you need is ANOTHER diet. Most likely what is going o help you lose fat & keep it off while enjoying your life is getting some perspective. Viewing your life as whole and making sure you are setting yourself up to show up at your best in all areas of life.
