I read this quote yesterday…
‘You either take risks today, or you figure out in ten years that playing safe was actually the more dangerous path.’
DAMN that hits.
If you know what you want, why are you waiting?
It won’t magically be easier tomorrow.
You won’t suddenly find the courage or motivation.
But I get it, starting can be hard.
It’s much easier to go to the gym when you’re already in shape.
It’s much easier to eat a healthy diet when you already feel good.
It’s much easier to maintain your wealth when you already have money.
I find the best way to get started is to break down your goals…
So you want to run a marathon but you’ve never run before?
It might seem miles away (lol it literally is, 26.2 miles away).. & that can feel overwhelming so instead ask yourself:
What do I need to do TODAY to get me closer to that goal?
The answer then becomes simple: run your first 1 mile.
Repeat this question daily. Focus on winning the day.
