Most people either give up or over restrict when they see the scales haven’t moved in the direction they want despite sticking to their targets.
This is silly because (specifically if I’ve set their targets) THEY ARE LOSING FAT.
But thats not showing on the scales because GUESS WHAT!?
The scales don’t measure fat loss. They measure total weight & lots of things impact your weight that have nothing to do with whether or not you’ve lost fat that week.
Here is the solution:
Set some sensible targets (or work with me & I will set them for you)
& now get your head down for 30 days - no weighing in, no looking for results just focus on ticking the boxes and staying consistent - the results will take care of themselves.
Focus on what you can control (your actions) not what you can’t (scale weight fluctuations).
I can guarantee anyone who actually does this will get results.
