I couldn’t be bothered to do this workout.
I bargained with myself and just did 15mins.
It would have made no difference if I didn’t do it…
This is why I did it anyway…
Most people think there is no point in a 15min workout, convince themselves they don’t have time to workout because they need a full hour and then do nothing but that is because most people compare themselves to ‘optimal’
I stopped comparing myself to optimal a long time ago.
I compare myself to the version of me that isn’t trying. The version that doesn’t make the effort to get in a short workout when low on time, energy or motivation.
This one 15 min workout will make no difference.
Being the kind of person who does a 15min workout instead of nothing.
That compounds to some impressive results.
