…now IS a good time because you have a holiday during the program.
Almost all of our clients go on holiday during coaching.
I want you to live your best life (including holidays, birthdays, meals out, celebrations etc) while getting results.
That is the whole point in how I coach. - you live your life WHILE getting results.
That is what makes this time different. That is what teaches you to maintain results.
In order to do this you need to learn how to manage these events without letting it put you off track.
If you’re ready to put an end to yo-yo dieting & lose fat.. FOR GOOD. Then I want you to have a tonne of social events. If that’s what your life looks like, that is what we need to navigate.
Putting your life on hold for fat loss only ever gets you short term results
You absolutely can have your cake & eat it.
Successful fat loss long term is about compromises not sacrifices.
