Sometimes that includes fat loss;
Sometimes it does not.
And sometimes the feeling good results in fat loss because guess what… it’s way easier to look after yourself when you feel good about yourself.
You will feel better & enjoy life more if you:
Prioritise exercise,
Make time to increase activity,
Break up the amount of time you spend sitting,
Fuel your body,
Minimise highly processed foods,
Eat a variety of fruit, veg & plant based foods,
and whap out your VJ (Journal/ reflect / review & improve).
