One of my key fat loss principles.. no bad days.
Before anyone is like its unrealistic to only have good days…
You are missing the point - its not ‘all good days’ its no bad days.
& this concept will skyrocket your fat loss results…
Here is how…
The amount of fat you lose is dictated by the size of your deficit.
E.g. the bigger deficit you create over the month, the more fat you will lose.
Most people hear this and think cool, I will drop my calories to 1200 then create a big deficit and lose more fat.
That very rarely works because you’re not a robot.
What tends to happen is you manage it for a few days then end up overeating.
This then results in going over your calories and on average, over the course of a month, you actually end up eating MORE than if you’d consistently stuck to a more sensible deficit.
This is how ‘no bad days’ improves your average calorie intake and results in more fat loss.
You can have imperfect days - that is life but the aim is to make your bad days better rather than try to be perfect on your good days.
