Scheduled emails to myself.
Very simple, very effective, totally free.
I email myself with what I said I was going to do and schedule it for review.
It’s pretty easy to set goals and then forget about them. This stops you doing that and gives you a kick up the arse if you do.
I set myself goals in 3 levels:
1) WIP - the weekly intention plan
Basically a weekly to do list along side anything that is coming up that might put me off track that week.
2) 30HD
30 days head down.
I like to do things for at least 30 days before expecting results. I use this approach for health, fitness, energy levels, mood, business, marketing, social media.
Most people assume things don’t work after a week, give up and move on.
30HD targets tend to be bigger picture often including habit changes/ improvements, I always use range targets for this to take away any excuses to give up.
3) Yearly intentions.
WHYY AYYEE man (I don’t actually have an acronym for this one)
How I want to live my life & what I want more or less of- these are less defined because…
‘life is a rollercoaster just gotaaa ride ittt’… enjoy Ronan in your head all day now, you are welcome.
The goal is always to live my life as close to in line with my values as possible.

I just use gmail to do this.
Give it a try.
