Online coaching often gets a bad rep in the fitness industry.
Usually from people who have never actually done online coaching.
Often in person personal trainers are pretty negative about online coaching. And I will admit there are AWFUL online coaches much like there are AWFUL in person coaches.
There are certainly situations where in person coaching is superior but there are also certainly situations where online coaching offers better results.
I go into this in more depth here.
The point I want to make in this article is about IMPACT.
In my opinion by far the best thing about online coaching is the amount of people you can impact.
It's not more time, more money or more freedom.
It's that you can help more people than you ever imagined online.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with 1,000s of clients online (probably over 10,000 over the last 11 years)
Is it the same as in person? no. I am not comparing.
I am making the point that it would be impossible to impact that number of people in person.
This is why I am so passionate about online coaching.
