Why am I doing a workshop for small women specifically?
Smaller women will generally find it harder to lose fat & maintain a healthy weight.
On a very simple level this is because all other things being equal smaller people have a lower energy expenditure.
This means that in order to create a calorie deficit and lose fat they will need to consume fewer calories.
Given factors like;
The environment we live in,
our food choices,
how calorie dense most food options are,
portion sizes,
hunger levels,
maintaining a social life,
meeting nutritional needs,
fuelling your body
& enjoying food to name a few…
Smaller women benefit from taking a different approach and generic dieting advice is rarely useful.
