Try this if you want to lose fat, increase energy levels & feel your best.
Most of us have a lot going on. Life demands a lot of you. That means if you want to show up at your best at home, at work, for friends & in relation to health, fitness, productivity, mood & creativity (I could go on)… it doesn’t happen by accident here are 2 simple things I do to ensure I show up at my best (most of the time, I’m only human).
1) Morning routine
2) Evening routine
Here is how mine look…
Evening:
10pm bed time alarm.
Write a plan for the next day - this allows you to go into the day with intent rather than get up wondering what to do.
It’s also a helpful way to empty your brain & switch off.
Bed by 10.30pm
Morning:
5:30am wake up alarm
Exercise (while the kettle boils):
10 pull ups
10 lunges
10 press ups
10 mountain climbers
x2
60min work - this is usually when I am most creative - I spend most of it writing.
20min Walk
20-30min Gym
Breakfast. (always including 20g protein & 2 servings of fruit)
Ready to go for 9am.
Why it works:
Well rested you has more energy,
is in a better mood,
has more capacity for life & makes better choices.
