Have a ‘f*ck yes or no’ Christmas.
The concept is simple, profound and effective.
If it’s not a f*ck yes. It’s a no.
This concept is inspired by (/ stolen from) Mark Manson’s article: ‘f*ck yes or no’ – the premise being if someone is not a f*ck yes they are a no.
The article is about dating but can be applied to many things.
‘The Law of “F*ck Yes or No” states that when you want to get involved with someone new, in whatever capacity, they must inspire you to say “F*ck Yes” in order for you to proceed with them.’
Say no to most things so you can say f*ck yes to the things that really matter to you.
I am going to apply this rule to dieting…
If you want a drink or a mince pie or pigs in blankets insert Christmas food then it must pass the law of f*ck yes or no.
It’s either a f*ck yes, now lets enjoy the hell out of it or it’s a no.
Essentially it is about choosing your indulgences and enjoying them.
You know when you eat that mince pie but the pastry to filling ratio was awful, you were already full & it felt like a waste of calories? That is because it wasn’t a f*ck yes and so it should have been a no.
You also might say F*ck yes to the first 2 pigs in blankets but the 3rd isn’t a f*ck yes anymore so should be a no.
Applying this method over Christmas and stay in shape without missing out.
