Let’s get you feeling good first.
It’s not usually the numbers that are the problem.
It’s not that you need a specific meal plan, calorie target, workout split.
You need to feel good first. Fat loss becomes so much easier and more enjoyable when you feel good.
It’s like trying to chop down a tree with a blunt axe Vs taking the time to sharpen the axe first.
Some people are hesitant to focus on feeling good first as they think if they take all the pressure they put on losing weight off that they will gain weight. I understand that, I felt the same but in reality when you take the pressure off you actually end up doing more not less.
Every single woman I’ve done this with has got better results not worse.
And hey, if you want to go back to what you’re doing now after, you can, it’s not going anywhere. But the likelihood is what you’re doing now isn’t working ( btw losing fat but feeling miserable doesn’t count as working!- that is no way to live your life)
so you have nothing to lose by giving this a try!
