For sure some pro's and con's...I have a review somewhere of both that I will try and post when i get around to it :). It's a great entry-level wellness tool.

A lot of clients bring me their results, and they can be quite misleading. Because you're only compared with an average which is of course computer generated, it can't replace having a human looking at the data.

This article is full of inaccurate information!!! Sure, ZOE diet is not for everyone, but it can be used as a very helpful tool to show an individual how their body is reacting to specific ingredients. Tim Spector is one of the most reputable, respected and educated food scientists, a leader in his field, and who are you???

I've just explained why that is flawed and response varies.

I am someone who doesn't stand to gain millions from selling a specific diet. I have no agenda and Tim is not a respected 'food scientist'

He literally suggested drinking coke over orange juice
