She’s been with us 8 months… guess how much weight she has lost…
We don’t know,
We don’t care,
She hasn’t weighed herself since working with us.
She feels and looks amazing. - THAT is what we care about.
The scales have always put her off in the past.
So we just took them away.
I think you will agree she has quite clearly lost a lot of fat and thus lost weight too but we don’t need the scales to validate that.
If you are sick of the scales,
If you find that the fluctuations cause you to feel demotivated and want to give up..
I cannot emphasise this enough STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF.
You will get BETTER results if, by removing the scales, you’re more focused and consistent.
Our clients focus on the range targets we set them. Those are the actions that are going to get them the results they are looking for.
They aren’t distracted by things they can’t control like the scales.
It’s hugely freeing and you ultimately get better results because you don’t give up!
A lot of people worry about removing the scales as they think it means they wont lose weight.. the opposite is usually true!
